Educational & Awareness Programs

Education is one of the most vital elements for making life useful and worthwhile, and everyone is equally entitled to get a proper education. Unfortunately increasing access to education remains a major challenge for Nepal: many communities don’t have access to education, and if they do, primary students do not enter secondary schools and only one-half of them complete secondary schooling.

Human Harmony Nepal provides teaching projects in several fields; such as teaching English or a subject (math, geography, arts, educational programs for girls, etc.).

When volunteers are not in the classroom teaching, they are outside, reading, playing sports and games with the students. Most of these schools are also running quite low on infrastructure and resources: you can therefore help fill up these voids (supplying books, helping refurbish the school premises, helping design a proper curriculum, etc.).
