Health programs
The right to live a healthy life should be available to every individual. Unfortunately, diseases are more prevalent in Nepal than in other South Asian countries, especially in rural areas (leading diseases and illnesses are diarrhoea, gastrointestinal disorders, goitres, intestinal parasites, leprosy, visceral leishmaniasis, and tuberculosis).
Nepal is ranked 139th in life expectancy with the average Nepali living for approximately 66 years. With or without a medical degree, you can help improve healthcare by teaching about diseases and basic everyday life gestures to adopt.
